This ensures fault rectification is timely and not dependent on user assistance. Proactive maintenance inspections and consumable changes ensure that the service availability level is met or exceeded.

Customers are provided with the ability to access real-time information on the performance of the Managed Print Service for each networked enabled device. This transparency is designed to support you with contract assurance activity.
