Centerprise leverages its existing ITIL-aligned Service Delivery model to provide service excellence to customers through the provision of dedicated Account Management staff. If your requirements call for it, you can invoke our remote monitoring by UK-based Service Desk staff and an on call engineering response service, drawn from 150 regionally based engineers. This ensures fault rectification is timely and not dependent on user assistance. Proactive maintenance inspections and consumable changes ensure that the service availability level is met or exceeded.
We continually review printing trends and emerging business needs against the design and deployment of the service. We will keep you updated of any upgrades, recommendations, observations and considerations that may apply to you.
Customers are provided with the ability to access real-time information on the performance of the Managed Print Service for each networked-enabled device. This transparency is designed to support the customer with contract assurance activity. Formal reports, as agreed prior to services commencing, can be delivered whenever needed - we appreciate each Government faction or body may have a different set of needs in terms of reporting, including what is reported on.
