Our approach to Managed Print Service provision follows four key tenets:
A print audit is undertaken to capture and analyse print usage.
Centerprise leverages its existing ITIL-aligned Service Delivery model to provide service excellence to customers through the provision of dedicated Account Management staff to manage relationships.
Remote monitoring by UK-based Service Desk staff and an on call engineering response drawn from 150 regionally based engineers ensures fault rectification is timely and not dependent on User assistance. Proactive maintenance inspections and consumable changes ensure that the service availability level is met or exceeded.
We continually review printing trends and emerging business needs against the design and deployment of the service. Recommendations are made for consideration where necessary.
Customers are provided with the ability to access real time information on the performance of the Managed Print Service for each networked enabled device. This transparency is designed to support the customer with contract assurance activity. Formal reports, as agreed between Centerprise and its customer, are also provided.
