New Customer

All new customers who are in the Private and Third Party Sectors are asked to complete and submit our Customer Questionnaire. The customer shall be held responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the questionnaire. Please note, you require the name of the Centerprise contact who has directed you to complete the questionnaire when submitting.

Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of your request. Upon receipt of completed questionnaire and terms and conditions, our Finance team will complete due diligence.

If successful, you will receive a welcome email with your account details and useful information.
