Ci has recently invested £6m in expanding our operations facility in Caerphilly from 50,000 sqft to 120,000 sqft which is enabling Centerprise to further develop and grow the IT Asset Disposal business.  The ambition is to triple the throughput over the next two years and enhance our offerings further by undertaking refurbishment and further recycling from this facility.  Centerprise are ADISA Standard 8 certified (DIAL 2 with Distinction) with the ambition to be DIAL 3 certified by Summer 2023.

Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to work within our ITAD team providing IT Asset Disposal for high profile customers in the public and private sector. This role is responsible for processing customer orders / requests, which includes logistics coordination, document / process control and customer / stakeholder management and communication, in a highly regulated and compliance driven environment.

 

Experience in IT Asset Disposal and of ADISA, ITAD, WEEE, GDPR certification / regulations would be an advantage but is not essential. We are also keen to hear from candidates from other backgrounds with relevant experience (preferably in a regulated environment) E.G. Customer Sales Coordinator, Project Coordinator / Project Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Document Controller.

 

The role:

  • Providing Operational function to ensure compliance/adherence to the ADISA Certification, GDPR and WEEE Regulations.
  • Providing Operational support including collections, chain of custody, reporting and residual values.
  • Managing day-to-day ITAD collections requests from existing accounts.
  • Ensuring services are delivered to the customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant contract.
  • Obtaining quotations from our logistics partners, scheduling collections.
  • Responsible for ensuring all customers receive delivery logs, audit reports/certificates.
  • Assistance with sales proposals and quotations
  • Account management of strategic in-house accounts (Administratively as opposed to Sales).

Experience and Skills

Essential

  • Exceptional attention to detail with high IT literacy, data analysis skills and the ability to use multiple systems to manage and record data and processes.
  • Experience of working in a compliance, regulated and process driven environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in a similar role E.G. Customer Sales Coordinator, Project Coordinator / Project Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Document Controller.
  • Stakeholder management experience (customers and internal teams)
