Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Support and Operations Administrator to join our dynamic and highly successful Public Sector Sales Operations Team in Wales. Embedded within the sales team, and working from our recently built modern Operations facility, you will be at the very heart of our operation in Wales with exposure to every aspect of our business. This role is considered to be a sound foundation for further personal growth in Sales or Operations with Centerprise.

In this role you will be expected to liase directly with customers which presents an opportunity to positon additional product and services, as well as resolve challenges. The ideal candiate will possess an aptitude for sales and a competence in administration / operations. A confident communicator is required to fit into a dynamic team working at tempo.

Responsiiblies include:

? Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including quotation requests, scheduling meetings, generating reports.

? Work closely with internal business departments, distributors and vendors to ensure customer orders, invoices and contracts are processed accurately and effeciently, the back order is organised and customers have access to the information promptly. 

? Support in maintaining accurate records of sales activites, stock, customer information and customer sales pipeline data.

? Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

? Be prepared to act as Project Assistant for more complex sales delivery, liasising directly wit the end user.

Qualifications / Experience:

? Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

? Strong organisational and time management skills.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Good level of compentency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

? Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) is preferred.

? A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a customer-centric approach.

Essential

  • ? Prior sales experience or Ops experience. ? An understanding of the Public Sector market place. ? An understanding of the latest trends in End User Compute technology. ? A vocational qualification providing the ability to communicate effectively with customers
